I have limited my practice to representing people who have been injured due to the negligence of corporations or individuals. I screen my cases very closely so I have a small caseload, which allows me to give individual attention to each client. My greatest satisfaction is successfully representing injured individuals against huge corporations. I generally handle these matters on a contingency fee basis so the client only pays me attorney fees if I recover for them.** I will gladly sit down with a prospective client and visit with them about their case without charging an initial consultation fee. We take great pride in only charging legal fees if we truly help the client.
